Smoky Paneer Tikka for Diwali Feast
Paneer tikka is a show-stopping appetizer perfect for Diwali parties. Marinated in aromatic Tandoor Masala and grilled to perfection - it's a crowd favorite!
Ingredients
- 400g paneer, cubed
- 1 cup yogurt
- 3 tbsp Phoran Premium Tandoor Masala
- 1 tbsp Phoran Kashmiri Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Phoran Cumin Powder
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 capsicum, cubed
- 1 onion, cubed
- Salt to taste
- Butter for basting
Instructions
Step 1: Make Marinade
Mix yogurt, Phoran Tandoor Masala, chilli powder, cumin, ginger-garlic paste, oil, lemon juice, and salt.
Step 2: Marinate
Add paneer cubes, capsicum, and onion to marinade. Mix gently and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
Step 3: Skewer
Thread marinated paneer and vegetables onto skewers alternately.
Step 4: Grill
Grill in oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes, turning once. Or cook on stovetop grill pan. Baste with butter.
Step 5: Serve
Serve hot with mint chutney, onion rings, and lemon wedges. Sprinkle extra Phoran Chat Masala on top!
